What is with Gas Ovens??

I totally hate gas ovens, I cannot work them out. Huys roomates own a gas oven, and I can never get it started. So I am growing used to microwave food - I have discovered that you can put fish fingers, pizza, and even frozen chips in the microwave for a speedy dinner delight.

 

Thanks Diego for introducing microwaveable fish fingers into my world a few weeks ago... I have never looked back !!! It is wonderful to just pop a few in the microwave and then 5 minutes later, DONE!

 

Anyway, today was such an annoying Monday. There is nothing worse than coming back to the office after the inspiring weekend that I had, and my personal drive for the Joy Company. It was back to AIESEC, and was a difficult transition to make.

 

I tried to make the day more bearable by playing some good music and singing along. That definately helped.

 

I was also being completely random... something that happens to me when I get really bored, or uninterested in the work that I am doing. And so, I was talking to Pete, who was working on the laptop next to me all day. Chatter, chatter, chatter. I was also throwing a fluffy wombat at the new teams heads with Pete, that was such fun... well more for us, than them I suspect.

 

I left the office at about 6pm, and realised... It was SUNNY! Oh my goodness, could this really be?

 

Motivated by the sun, I am trying to organise a night in the park tomorrow night for drinks, and Danish coop games. Hopefully the sun will stay out so that we can all have a nice evening. I have already got a response from a Danish alumni, Steffen that he is also joining with a friend from the US. New people... GREAT!!

 

Apart from that it has been a pretty normal day, and now I am relaxing at home listening to Norah Jones again... I love this music, it really chills me out at the end of a long day.

 

I am going to work on the Joy Company plan tonight aswell, so I will be getting my notebook and textas out very very soon. I am also eagerly awaiting the Paradise Hotel episode at 8.30pm.... yes, I am a total sucker for reality TV, and the crappier, the BETTER!!!
