So I have a Mentor, NOW WHAT?

Ok, So I have located the BEST person to be my start-up mentor. He is Australian, currently working in youth engagement and development - was Youth Entreprenuer of the Year, has done presentations for over 165000 people, educates companies on youth issues, and has his own successful youth engagement organisation.

So I thought I would approach him to be my mentor - since he is as alligned with what I want to do as I can EVER possibly imagine.

Guess what?

He said YES. He would love to play that role, and so... HOW DO I WANT IT TO WORK?

Hmmm.... actually I hadn't really thought that far through as I was not expecting such a fast and positive result.

So time for input from my nomad friends.

IF YOU HAD/HAVE A MEGA TALENTED PERSON AS A MENTOR, HOW WOULD/DO YOU BEST USE THEM?

I would love love love input on this, I have my own ideas of course but I would be interested to hear what you all have to say :-)
