Thank You Digs

So, I have been having a crappy day...

I called Jen in New York, let out all my visa and application woes. It seems that at every turn is a new obstacle for me ACTUALLY getting to Amsterdam and spending the summer in Europe. Not to mention interaction with the most evil woman in the Ottawa woman who seems to be out to ruin my life.

Ok maybe that is a little dramatic - but she seems at the very least to be the worst service provider I have ever encountered in my life. And THAT is a true statement.

But this post is actually for Digs who has actually helped without even knowing it. At the height of anger and stress, I decided to pop on nomadlife, and read a few blogs. I needed some out time. So I read Digs postings on Cambodia and the children there, some pretty amazing pictures and thoughts are given.

The effect? Instant Perspective.

Geez Maz, what are you getting stressed for, you are blessed, and things will work out whatever which way. You have so much to be thankful for, and so much to reflect up in relation to the states that others endure.

Bigger Picture, bigger perspective.... it is easy to forget sometimes getting so caught up in the details of your own life, that you forget the significance of the things you are spending your time worrying about.

So Digs, THANK YOU for without realising it, giving me a little reality check.
