What makes a good strategic meeting?
I would imagine...
- A good agenda
- Time keeping
- Good atmosphere
- Achieving objectives
- Everyone contributing
- Some level of energy
Just a few things that come to my mind.
None of which were strongly present at my strategic meeting today.
Is my mouth still open from shock?

I think that I am starting to observe more through the glasses I got for my honeymoon here... :-)

welcome to the world of bug business Mazzy! Once the rose coloured glasses come off you realise that businesses that lead the world in corporate strategy only do so in small pockets... the rest of it is as unorganised as dates at a year 7 dance! Welcome to the Multinational!!!
