Time Out
Sometimes you just need time out.
This weekend was mega time out for me... relaxing, doing things I love, being with people who I adore, doing simple things.
It was a weekend of thinking aswell.
Thinking:
What do I want from my time in Netherlands?
What do I want from my next role?
Where am I going?
What are the things I really love and what I don't?
It was a weekend of listening to music that cleanses my soul.

It was a weekend where I went to the movies - something that I REALLY love. Unfortunately I missed Dancer in the Dark, the Danish movie that was playing as part of the European film festival, and which I have been meaning to see for ages. BUT I did see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Thumbs up! Johnny Depp does a freakish Willy Wonka.
It was a weekend of healthy eating, as I am starting a new healthy Mazzy regime which involves water instead of Diet Coke, gym, and voluntary exercise! Thats a new one!
Anyway, a good and much needed weekend break. Will put photos up soon!

my first weekend in Brussels... in more than a month.. FINALLY!
Don't watch "Dancer in the Dark" when you are feeling down. It'll make you suicidal.
It's one hell of a depressing movie. It's like a Harry Potter's dementor, it sucks whatever happiness you have in you at the moment.

Dody - hmmm probably best I did not see it on the weekend then.... maybe it was a good thing afterall that I missed it then.
Mazz, I am thinking of coming to AMS in August too.. I have to see when though since I am going home for the weekend of the 15th :)
