The Whirlwind Effect

So, I have had a COMPLETE turn around in my work situation.

Since talking to my boss, I have some REALLY cool stuff coming up, and have actually got a 'to do' list book that I am aggressively using.

It is nothing short of amazing.

I have mega work. Mega deadlines. Many projects again. Personal meetings with people across the bank.

I went to Switzerland, and I am going to London next week. After that I go to a Global Diversity conference, then to France to chair their national conference, then I will also likely travel to Asia to implement a Talent conference with my talent team in late November... so things are looking up.

It's crazy.

It's good.

It's tiring.

But it's satisfying.

It's like I went from one end of the spectrum to the other in a few days... when all the buttons I have been pressing to make changes in my personal changes, have been used at the SAME TIME, and the effect is whirlwind like.

One happy camper.

make sure to hand out some Mazz Awards at that conference. I think they'll dig it.
You should also start a "Shadow Mazzy Day" to be held every week. If you market it right and make it prestigious enough, even your managers won't know any better than to sign up.
Then write a book about it. Perfecto, I say!

Hi Mazz,

we are in Prague right now, and coming to Amsterdam tomorrow. If you are there, give us a sign! We'll be there tomorrow and Saturday.
