It´s been awhile...
It definately has been awhile since I have sat at a desk, with my blog page open, and have had time to make a posting.
And it´s weird getting back into the mode of it.
Such an active blogger for so long, these last weeks have been strange ... not going into my space to collect and share my thoughts.
But it has been an intense time.
Starting a new job, returning from Australia and home, getting used to my new house, not having internet at home within my reach....
All these things have really meant I have been absent from the online world in a huge way!
But alas, I am back.
I am ready to write more reguarly and make the time again!

Working in Diversity and Inclusion babe... working on designing the learning and development aspects.
Its good work, still a challenging environment for me personally but good work.
