Oscars Night

One of the highlights in recent weeks has been the end of year HR celebrations organised by myself and a group of young individuals from across Group HR. Realising that there was no end of year bash, or no chance to share the great things that have happened over the year - we all came together to see what we could make happen ourselves.

And so we did.

The result? A wonderful night with participation from all!

We had paparrazi, a live Oscar, red carpet, feather boas, and people's choice awards and online nominations. It was fabulous.

The organising team reminded me of the passion of AIESEC - everyone felt empowered and enjoyed working in such an inspiring team and environment.

We even got our CEO to wear a pink feather boa... now thats GRAND!

Nothing being written, but plenty going on...

So, I have been in a fizzle lately with everything going on.

Basically from the end of November till now, I have been CRAZY busy... and I mean crazy with a CAPITAL C!

Trying to decide my next steps, talking to different people, finalising my work with my current team, co-ordinating our end of year HR Oscars Celebration night, aswell as going to all the farewells and social things has - to put it lightly- taken 100% of my time.

But now I am breathing again... and back.

I will try and post some of the highlights, aswell as share the amazing next steps I have agreed with my company in the next few days.
